How many people can you cater for?

We can cater for up to 400 people theatre style, or 230 banquet style in our largest conference space. We have 9 conference rooms in total offering a variety of options to suit your event needs.


Do your conference rooms have natural light?

All of our conference rooms have excellent natural light. There are also no intrusive pillars.


Are your conference rooms all on the same level?

Yes, all our 9 conference rooms are located on the ground floor.


Do you offer a conference accommodation rate?

Yes, we offer both weekday and weekend accommodation rates for conference attendees.


How do I book my guests in for accommodation?

Conference accommodation can be booked in through our conference team at any time - if you need accommodation with your event we do recommend advising our conference team at the time of booking to ensure we can accommodate you.


What if delegates are booking in their own accommodation?

We will provide you with a booking reference code and a booking form to pass onto your delegates to ensure a smooth and easy booking process.


How do delegates get to the Brentwood from the Wellington Airport?

We have a free 24 hour airport shuttle service, so once your delegates have collected their luggage they can call our freephone number 0508 273 689 and the shuttle will pick them up generally within 5-10 minutes.


If delegates are driving to the Brentwood where can they park and how much does it cost?

We have 100 free car parks so guests can park on-site. There is also free unmetered parking along Kemp Street.


Are you close to shops?

We are 350 metres from Kilbirnie shopping centre which has supermarkets, major banks, ATM’s, pharmacies and other conveniences.


Do you have accessible accommodation rooms?

Yes we have 13 accessible accommodation rooms which are all on the ground floor and close to Reception, Aqua Bistro & Bar and main conference rooms.


Can I stay extra nights before/after the conference? And can I bring my spouse?

Yes, extra nights accommodation can be booked either side of your event, and spouses are welcome (simply advise when booking). There is so much to see and do in the Capital, such as Te Papa (National Museum), Weta Cave, Zealandia, Wellington Zoo, a vibrant coffee culture and beautiful beaches.


Do you have a restaurant and bar on-site?

Yes, Aqua Bistro and Bar serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily offering contemporary New Zealand cuisine showcasing fresh and vibrant flavours. Room service is also available 24 hours a day.


Do you have a fitness centre on-site?

No not on-site, however, we offer our guests free access to the Wellington Regional Aquatic Centre which has a 50m heated indoor pool and Club Active fitness centre with a wide range of fitness equipment and classes. This facility is only 300m from the hotel and guests simply need to see reception to arrange free access.


Where is the nearest bus stop from the hotel into the city?

The nearest bus stop is located in Kilbirnie on Rongotai Road opposite to the KFC restaurant. You can catch the number 43 bus which will take you to Courtenay Place in the CBD. Adult Fare price is $5.00. http://www.metlink.org.nz/
