Aqua Bistro & Bar at Brentwood Hotel Wellington

The Aqua Bistro & Bar overlooks a charming courtyard and offers the choice of poolside or fireside dining where you will enjoy contemporary New Zealand cuisine showcasing vibrant flavors. Aqua Bistro offers freshly cooked or continental breakfast options daily, and with espresso coffee on offer - you can start the day your way. A full-service evening menu offers delicious, appealing and appetizing meals. During the day a light lunch and bar snack menu are also available. Aqua Bar has a large variety of beverages on offer and is the perfect space for meeting before a meal in the Bistro or relaxing after a busy day. Room service is available 24 hours a day.


Aqua Bistro & Bar is currently operating on reduced hours due to the impact of Covid 19.

The Lunch and Dinner menu is a reduced menu changing fortnightly.   

Breakfast                     7am to 9.30am (weekdays)

                                   7am to 10am (weekends)

Dinner                         6pm to 9.30pm

Bar                              9am to 10pm. Meals available 9am to 10pm

Room Service               7am to 9.30pm

Late Night R/S              11pm to 5am (limited menu).
