When you arrive by air a 0508 call brings our complimentary air conditioned and comfortable shuttle to the airport to take you the five minute drive to the hotel.

Arrival by car also starts the savings, with our free on site parking freeing you of the time consuming and expensive option of finding inner city car parking.

The Kilbirnie shopping centre is just a few minutes walk from the Brentwood Hotel. With two supermarkets, two pharmacies, two florists, several clothing stores, cafes, pubs and petrol stations and branches of all major banks allowing for quick and convenient emergency shopping.

Being located outside the downtown area takes away the temptation to "drop into the office for a few minutes "syndrome that inevitably results in absenteeism for the first afternoon session.

For those delegates with a regular fitness regime to maintain, the local area has a number of interesting routes to run or walk. The nearby aquatic centre offers probably one of the best swimming facilities with gym in New Zealand.

Unlike some of our competitors our main conference room was purpose built for conferencing. It can easily and quickly be divided into four. The facility is further complimented by a number of other conference rooms of various sizes suitable for trade displays and syndicate groups.

Our Duty managers sole purpose is to help you. Their role is to act as your liaison with the hotel on the day, seamlessly arranging for all our various services to run smoothly and to take care of any last minute changes that you may require.
- Our accommodation rooms are very large, compared to some of our competitors whose rooms are cramped and small. With a high proportion of our rooms being fitted out with two queen beds, twin sharing your delegates is not the nightmare that it can be elsewhere.

With some of your delegates arriving by private transport we believe that adequate nearby parking is absolutely essential to you. We have plenty of onsite FREE parking. Some of our competitors have no parking provisions at all, or even worse, charge you to park in their own building.

Unlike other venues we have no bewildering maze of stairs, lifts and corridors that separates delegates from their conference venue and hotel public areas.
