Rachel Johnson  joined the Brentwood Hotel as          Conference Manager 12 years ago from the Wairarapa where she was Conference Manager at the Copthorne Resort Solway Park for 15 years.

Her experience in helping put your conference together and making sure it happens on the day is what the Conference Team is all about.  She has seen the many changes the Hotel has been through to make it the hugely busy Conference Centre it is today.  Rachel says  “its all about the wonderful people I meet which makes me love my work” .

Outside work she is a member of the Kapiti MX5 Car Club, enjoys a game of golf, and likes to paint.

She’s an entertaining character who loves life – she’s played lead roles in many musicals, sung in bands, completed the Fletcher Marathon and has climbed the Southern Alps.  Her greatest venture to date was traveling over 5,000 km’s around Australia on a Harley Davidson.
